Data-Driven Strategy
Decisions based on real data, not gut feeling.
Before budget flows, we clarify where it should flow. We analyse the market, the competition and your own data, and from that work out which channels really pay off for you. So you invest where the impact is greatest — instead of spreading by gut feel.
What we deliver
- Market & competitor analysis
- Audiences from data, not assumptions
- Channel prioritisation by expected ROI
- Measurable goals instead of vague intentions
Why it matters
Without a strategy, budget becomes a gamble
Marketing without a clear strategy spreads money on gut feel — a bit of ads here, a bit of social there, with no idea what's working. The result is rarely bad, but almost never as good as it could be. We put a sober analysis first: where does your market stand, what is the competition doing, what do your own numbers say? From that comes a plan that justifies every euro.
Check the numbers
The share of German SMEs with completed digitalisation projects has fallen to 30 %.
A drop of 5 percentage points; digitalisation spending fell by around €8 billion to just under €24 billion. At the same time, 54 % of the projects that do go ahead concern customer contact and sales channels. That is the starting point for a strategy: not everything at once, but first the two or three places where customers actually arrive.

How we work
Analysis & audit
We examine your market, your competitors and your existing data — website, past campaigns, enquiries. From that comes an honest picture of where you stand today and where the potential lies.
Strategy & prioritisation
We define which audiences and channels have the greatest leverage and prioritise by expected result rather than by trend. You get a clear roadmap with measurable goals.
Implement, measure, adjust
The strategy isn't a rigid document. We implement, measure continuously in the dashboard and refine when the data shows something other than expected — strategy as a living process, not a drawer to file away.
Tools we use for this
Your budget flows into the channels that demonstrably work for you — with clear goals against which success can be measured honestly.
Common questions
What if I have hardly any data of my own yet?
Then we start with market and competitor data plus solid assumptions and build from there. As soon as the first campaigns run, real numbers replace the assumptions — the strategy gets sharper every month.
Do I only get a concept, or the implementation too?
Both are possible. We deliver the strategy as a standalone service — or implement it directly as well. What makes sense depends on your goals and resources; we discuss that openly.
How long does the strategy phase take?
A solid first strategy is usually ready within a few weeks. It's not an end in itself — as soon as enough is clear to start sensibly, we move into implementation and refine as we go.
