Questions & Answers
What we are asked most often — about services, prices, contract terms and where your data is kept. If your question is missing, write to us and we will add it here.
Launch pricing for our first partnerships
We are building up our client portfolio. Come on board now and you pay less for the entire term — in return, you commit for twelve months instead of six. That is the whole deal; there is nothing else behind it.
standard 849 €
standard 2.199 €
standard 3.899 €
The one-off website project starts lower too: 3.640 € net, standard price 4.490 € — with no minimum term, because a one-off project has nothing to commit to.
What that means
- Twelve months minimum term instead of the usual six. After that, cancellable monthly with one month notice to month end.
- The launch price applies for the entire term — not just the first few months.
- After the twelve months the standard price applies. We tell you in good time; nothing rolls on quietly.
- The one-off website project has no minimum term — there is nothing to commit to.
- All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
Your price does not change during the term. We will adjust the launch prices once our portfolio is in place — existing contracts are unaffected.
We specialize in data-driven marketing: Google Ads management, SEO + AEO (visibility in ChatGPT/Perplexity), chatbots, automation with n8n, website development including design and brand identity, plus live reporting.
Google Ads often delivers the first qualified leads within 1-2 weeks. SEO and AEO need 3-6 months for full effect. Automations usually pay for themselves within the first month — through saved working hours.
There are two models: with the one-off project you pay a fixed price for the build and handover — the website is then yours, with no ongoing commitment. Going live on your chosen domain is optional (go-live flat fee of 350 €; included if you host through us). The ongoing partnership has a 6-month minimum term and can be cancelled monthly after that, with one month notice to the end of the month — with no setup fee. No hidden costs, no lock-in contracts. Every detail is public on our collaboration page.
No. We handle the complete technical implementation. You only need to know your business goals — we take care of the rest. Monthly reports show you what's working.
For us, data protection is the standard, not an add-on: we use GDPR-compliant tools — n8n we run ourselves — and encrypted data transfer. A data processing agreement under art. 28 GDPR is part of the standard. And we stay on top of it: we continuously monitor legal developments such as the GDPR, the EU AI Act and the German Accessibility Act (BFSG), so your web presence doesn't become outdated with the next change in the law.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with automation: the same care, significantly more speed and full transparency on every number. You get premium work — without the premium waiting time.
No, and that's deliberate. We work in the premium segment: every project is custom-built — tailored individually, focused on results, no off-the-shelf templates. That comes at a price. If you're mainly looking for the cheapest offer, a website builder will serve you better — and we'll tell you exactly that in the first conversation. If you want a web presence that brings in inquiries and belongs to you, you've come to the right place.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), also known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), aims to make your business appear in the answers of AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google Gemini — where more and more people search before they ever open a traditional search engine. We structure your content so that AI understands it and can use it as a source. We cannot guarantee a specific placement — but we lay the groundwork for it. Classic SEO gets you to the top of Google; AEO/GEO increases your chance of appearing in the AI answer.
Yes — AI is part of our toolkit, for speed and scale. But the result remains custom work: individually tailored to your brand and reviewed by us. You get professional marketing in weeks instead of months, not assembly-line output.
Your data stays in the EU, and tools like n8n we run ourselves. The website is delivered by a global network so it loads quickly everywhere — which means copies of the pages also sit outside Europe. Every service provider is named in the privacy policy; where one is based outside the EU, we cover it contractually. A server exclusively in Germany is available on request.
Yes. Conexa Digital specialises in the German and Spanish markets and works in four languages — German, English, Spanish and Russian. The same terms apply to the Spanish market as in Germany — no mark-up or discount based on where you are. Behind it all stands an international, curated network of specialists.
We work with two clear models: a one-off project from €4.490 net, or an ongoing partnership from €849 net/month across four tiers. All prices and volume limits are published openly on our collaboration page — no enquiry form, no hidden surcharges. So you can compare at your own pace before you even talk to us.
Every package bundles a website, ongoing support and marketing services such as search engine optimisation and visibility in AI search — the scope grows with the package size. The exact components are listed point by point on the pricing page. In the initial consultation we work out together which package fits your goal.
After the free initial consultation we analyse your starting position: existing website, visibility, competition. You then receive a concrete concept with a timeline, and once you approve it, implementation begins. You see every interim state and approve every publication yourself.
Considerably less time than the traditional norm, because AI-assisted tools take over the legwork — depending on scope, we're talking weeks, not months. We set the binding timeline at the kickoff; it also depends on how quickly content and approvals come from your side.
You receive a regular invoice; all prices are net plus VAT. The payment terms for your package are stated transparently in the offer — there are no surprises, every item is agreed in writing beforehand.
Yes — after the 6-month minimum term, with one month's notice to the end of the month. You take your content, your data and a standalone, fully runnable version of your website with you and can keep running it with a provider of your choice; our reusable base components remain our property. No lock-in — we want you to stay because it pays off for you, not because a contract holds you captive.
Yes, that's actually the simplest case: we build your website from the ground up — structure, copy, design and search engine optimisation. You need no prior knowledge and no preparation, just your expertise in your own business.
Yes. We take care of moving from site builders like Wix or Jimdo, from WordPress or from agency systems — including content, domain and clean redirects, so existing Google rankings are preserved as far as possible. Your website stays online throughout the move.
Your data sits in EU data centres. The website itself is delivered through a global network so it loads quickly everywhere — which means copies of your pages are also cached outside Europe. On request we move your website to a server in Germany; just say the word. Which service providers we use and where they are based is stated in full and by name in our privacy policy — none of it is buried in the small print.
The US CLOUD Act is real: US providers can be compelled by US authorities to hand over data — even when the servers are located in Europe. We deal with that openly instead of promising independence: your data stays in the EU, we prefer open-source software that we run ourselves, and every service provider is named in the privacy policy — covered by data processing agreements and EU standard contractual clauses. Anyone who wants a server exclusively in Germany gets one on request.
Yes, consistently. In line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act, we mark AI-generated answers and content as such — for us that's not just an obligation but a principle: transparency is one of our core values.
Both have their place. Google Ads brings visitors immediately but costs money with every click — when the budget stops, the traffic stops. SEO and AI visibility need a few months to ramp up but then keep working without click costs. We usually recommend the long-term build-up, supplemented with ads when speed matters.
A lead is a concrete enquiry from a potential customer: a completed contact form, a phone call, an appointment booking. Pay-per-lead means you're billed per qualified enquiry instead of a flat fee. Whether this model makes sense for you is something we clarify in the initial consultation — what matters is that you can always see what an enquiry costs you.
n8n is open-source software for automated workflows, which we run ourselves. It takes care of routine tasks by itself: an enquiry from your website, for example, lands sorted in your inbox, and the prospect immediately receives a confirmation. You save time without giving up control.
Yes, we're developing our own customer portal where you can see enquiries, approvals and messages in one place. A demo is available — ask about it in the initial consultation and we'll gladly show you the current state.
Yes. You receive regular, easy-to-understand reports: visitors, enquiries, visibility on Google and in AI search — explained in plain language, not as a graveyard of numbers. We show you where enquiries come from and what's working, and go through the results together with you.
Directly by email or phone, with no anonymous ticket queue — you talk to the people who actually look after your project. Binding response times are agreed in the contract depending on your package; if your website is down, we respond with priority.
Service businesses that want to win enquiries through their website: hotels and hospitality, trades and building services, law firms, IT service providers and comparable companies. The principles — being found, convincing visitors, processing enquiries automatically — work across industries.
Yes. Initial consultation, coordination and approvals run via video call, phone and email — with customers in Germany as well as in Spain. You lose no time travelling and see every interim state directly online.
We work in German, English, Spanish and Russian — in our communication with you as well as on multilingual websites. Our own website is available in all four languages; the same care goes into your content.
With the project model, design, code and content belong to you after full payment — including the source code; you can run the website with any provider. In the partnership, your website runs on our infrastructure; if you leave after the minimum term, you take your content, your data and a standalone, fully runnable version of your website with you. Our reusable base components and backend systems remain our property — your web presence belongs to you, our toolkit stays ours.
Our first customer project is live, with more in the works — we'll only publish solid figures on enquiries and visibility once they've accumulated over several months. Until then, we're happy to walk you through the ongoing projects themselves in a conversation. You won't find invented success numbers with us.
Yes. As soon as we process personal data on your behalf, a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR is standard — including an overview of the technical and organisational measures. You receive the documents from us without having to ask.
With a free, no-obligation initial consultation: you describe your situation, we tell you honestly what we consider achievable — and also if we're not the right fit. You then receive a concrete offer based on the published packages. Booking an appointment or filling in the contact form is all it takes.
No. Both models are published openly on our pricing page: the project from €4.490 and the partnership with fixed prices for Foundation, Growth and Performance — Enterprise by individual quote. Additional services are agreed in writing beforehand, never billed silently. Third-party costs such as domain or ad budget are itemised separately and transparently.
Yes. You can deliberately start smaller and expand once the first results are in — switching is straightforward. Moving to a smaller package isn't taboo either: the package should fit your business, not the other way around.
In the partnership, ongoing support is included: technical updates, security, backups and content changes. With the one-off project, you take over the website completely — optionally with a hosting and maintenance package from €35 net/month covering technology, security and backups. That way your web presence stays current instead of going stale after launch.
