Recruiting & job ads

One vacancy, many channels: your ad reaches the candidates you want where they actually spend their time.

The best candidates rarely trawl job boards — many are not actively looking at all. That is why we run your job ad multi-channel, in other words on several channels at once: LinkedIn, Indeed, Google for Jobs (Google's job search built into the results), Facebook and Instagram. On top of that we build a careers page that convinces applicants rather than putting them off — and in live reporting you can see at any time how many applications are actually coming in.

What we deliver

  • Multi-channel placement: one ad, simultaneously on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google for Jobs, Facebook and Instagram
  • A careers page and employer presence that invite people to apply
  • Audience and reach analysis before the start: who are you looking for, and where do we reach that person?
  • Live reporting: applicant numbers visible at any time — no black box

Why it matters

Why one ad on one job board is no longer enough

Someone open to a move but not actively searching will only see your vacancy if it appears where they already are: in the social media feed, in Google search, in a professional network. And once they click, they decide on your careers page within seconds whether to apply. Both have to fit together: reach on the right channels and a presence that builds trust. We promise no miracles — but measurable visibility with exactly the audience you are looking for.

Check the numbers

54,6 % of enterprises use their website for job advertisements.

Among firms with 10 to 49 employees it is 48,6 % — not even half. Anyone advertising vacancies exclusively via job portals pays per listing and sends applicants to someone else's site, where the competition is listed too. Your own careers page costs nothing per listing once built, and shows the business rather than just the vacancy.

How we work

01

Understand the audience

Before any money goes into ads, we clarify: who are you looking for, what does that person expect from an employer, and on which channels can they be reached?

02

Build the presence and the ads

We design your company or careers page and the ads that go with it — honest, concrete and in your visual identity. None of the stock phrases every applicant has already read a hundred times.

03

Run, measure, refine

The ads run on all agreed channels. In live reporting you follow the applicant numbers, and we keep adjusting towards what works.

Your vacancy reaches the right people — and you can see in black and white what each channel delivers.

Common questions

What is Google for Jobs?

Google's own job search, which appears directly in the search results — before anyone even opens a job board. For your vacancy to show up there, the ad has to be prepared correctly on the technical side. We take care of that.

Do you guarantee a certain number of applications?

No — and nobody serious can, because applications also depend on salary, region and the labour market. What we do commit to: professional placement on all agreed channels and full transparency in live reporting. You can see at any time what your budget is achieving.

Can I add further channels?

Yes. Additional channels such as Xing or extra local reach can be added on request. Individual channels can also be booked separately if you don't need the full package.
