Your Strategy Bridge · Germany ↔ Spain

German companies into Spain. Spanish companies into Germany.

Website, Google Ads and visibility in AI assistants — in the other market, right in both language and culture. From a digital firm with a German founder, based in Valencia, that knows both markets from the inside.

Two directions, one craft

Market entry rarely fails on the idea — it usually fails on language, search behaviour and the expectations of the target market. That is exactly where we come in.

Selling into Spain

Your business works in Germany — now Spanish customers need to find and understand you.

  • A website in Spanish — written the way Spanish customers expect, not translated word for word
  • Google Ads built on the search terms people in Spain actually type
  • Visibility in Google and in AI answers (ChatGPT and the like) — in Spanish
  • Your data stays in the EU: data held in the EU, and GDPR applies in both markets

Gaining a foothold in Germany

You are established in Spain — but the German market calls for a different tone and different formalities.

  • A website in German, the way German customers expect it — with the legal notice, privacy policy and depth of detail that build trust there
  • Google Ads for the German market — German search terms, German ad copy
  • SEO and AI visibility in German, so you also appear in AI answers
  • Business communication in German: quotes, forms, email sequences
Why us

Both markets from the inside

German founder

Conexa Digital was founded by Eugen Neifer — a German who knows the German market from first-hand experience.

Based in Valencia

We are based in Manises, just outside Valencia, and work from there for German and Spanish clients — in the middle of everyday Spanish life, not from a distance.

Four working languages

We work in German, Spanish, English and Russian. This website is available in all four languages — you are reading the proof right now.

The same prices in both markets

You pay the same as our German clients — no surcharge or discount by country of origin. One price, transparent and EU-compliant.

No bought references, no invented figures: everything on this page is something we can back up — location, languages, terms. Whether we are the right fit for your plans is something we settle in a no-obligation first conversation.

What we actually deliver

Frequently asked questions about market entry

What companies ask that want to enter the other market.

Isn't it enough to have my website translated?

Rarely. A word-for-word translation reads noticeably foreign to native speakers, and it misses the search terms: what people search for in Germany is often a different term in the Spanish market, not a translated one. We write the target language afresh, based on what is actually searched for there.

Do I need a Spanish company to sell in Spain?

For many cases, no — but that depends on your activity, your turnover and whether you sell to businesses or to consumers. Here is our limit: this is a tax and legal question that your tax adviser has to answer, not us. We tell you what the website and the mandatory disclosures need in both countries.

Who looks after me — someone local or someone remote?

The company is based in Manises near Valencia; the founder is German and comes from Rheinhessen. Work is done digitally, in German, Spanish, English or Russian. In and around Valencia, in-person meetings are genuinely possible; in Germany we are not on site and do not claim to be.

What mandatory disclosures does a website in Spain need?

Under the LSSI-CE, Spain requires operator details similar to the German Impressum (legal notice), plus privacy information under the GDPR — which applies equally in both countries. Differences exist in register details and tax numbers. We build the structure; the substantive approval of the legal texts belongs to your lawyer or tax adviser.

Do I pay different prices in Spain than in Germany?

No. The same prices for both markets, with no surcharge or discount by country of origin: project from 3,640 € net one-off or partnership from 594 € net per month — introductory prices, regularly 4,490 € and 849 € respectively. For business customers in another EU country, the reverse charge mechanism usually applies, and the invoice then goes out without VAT.
