Once payment is complete, the website belongs entirely to you: design, code, content and access credentials — no dependence on us. You decide freely who maintains it: we do, whenever you ask; a developer of your choice; or you yourself, using an AI editor we set up for you. Changes are not a double-click, though, but a brief, skilled step — we show you how.

That is why there is a 6-month minimum term — enough time for the work to pay off. After that you are free: cancellable with one month's notice, and you take your website and your data with you. No lock-in — just after the build-up phase, not in the middle of it.

Fair-use principle
Every support package includes continuous support within the agreed scope. Services that clearly exceed that scope — such as complete new builds, extensive custom software projects or exceptionally high support demands — are offered separately. Always agreed with you in advance, never as a surprise on the invoice.
Ground rules for all packages
These rules apply to every package — they keep the fixed price fair and predictable for both sides.
- Monthly allowances apply per calendar month and expire at the end of the month. They cannot be accumulated, carried over to following months, or transferred to other contracts or websites. That is the mechanism that keeps the fixed price fair for both sides.
- Each monthly package covers one website on one domain. Additional websites require their own package or an Enterprise agreement.
- “One change” is a self-contained adjustment to existing content taking up to 30 minutes to implement — e.g. swapping copy, changing an image, updating opening hours. A new page, a new feature or a structural rebuild is not a change but a separate commission, or part of an allowance (SEO content, development hours).
- Additional work never happens tacitly: anything outside the allowances is estimated in writing beforehand (an email is sufficient) and only implemented after your approval. Billing: 120 € net per hour, in 15-minute increments. No approval, no work — and no invoice.
- All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
- Hosting and data processing exclusively on EU infrastructure in Germany (Hetzner/IONOS). No Azure, no AWS — not even “just for this one feature”.
- SEO, AEO and advertising are optimisation to current professional standards. Rankings on Google and mentions in AI answers are decided by their operators — anyone promising you fixed results there is not being honest with you.
- Response time means: a qualified first reply with an assessment and a next step within the stated period (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm, except nationwide German public holidays). How long the solution takes depends on the topic and is stated in the reply.
- Your part matters too: approvals and content outstanding for more than 10 business days shift the schedule — the monthly allowances continue to run regardless.
- Changing packages: upgrade at any time from the first of the next month. Downgrade or cancellation after the end of the minimum term, with 1 month's notice to the end of the month.
- No lock-in: the website, content, data and access credentials belong to you. At the end of the contract we hand everything over in an orderly fashion — the standard handover (access credentials, data export, website copy) is included; migration to third-party systems or other providers is billed by time with an advance quote.

For us, honesty is part of the price. These items are not included in any package — if one of them comes up, we discuss it with you openly beforehand:
