Conexa Digital was founded by Eugen Neifer and is has been operated through Merust Trust SL in Valencia since December 2022 — deliberately positioned as a bridge between the German and Spanish markets. We are not a reseller pushing other people's tools. We build systems that last — on a European foundation, with clear principles.
I have seen too many businesses pay good money for a website — and then get left on their own. Conexa builds a system instead: one the customer owns and that grows with them.

Why we disclose where your data is held
Put your data on a US cloud and you give up control. Your data stays in the EU, every service provider involved is named in the privacy policy — and a server exclusively in Germany is available on request.

How big is Conexa Digital really?
Small. Conexa Digital is a brand of Merust Trust SL, founded in December 2022; it is run by Eugen Neifer, supported by fixed partners for individual trades. We deliberately do not write “our team of experts” — you speak with the same person who also decides, and in a project that is more of an advantage than a shortcoming.
How many clients do you have?
One ongoing client: a hotel in the Vulkaneifel. Beyond that, we have built unsolicited preview drafts for several businesses, none of which has so far turned into a commission. We could pass those names off as references — but they would not be references, and under competition law it would not be permissible either.
What happens if something happens to you?
The legitimate question to ask a small provider. That is why everything is built so that someone else can carry on: after payment in full, the website and source code belong to you, you receive all access credentials, and we rely on widely used technology instead of a proprietary system only we can operate. An outage on our side costs you time — not your website.
Why should I choose you over a large agency?
You shouldn't always. If you have a six-figure budget, your own marketing department and international campaigns, you are better off with a larger agency — and we will tell you so. Our case is the mid-sized or trade business that wants a reachable contact person, fixed prices and no contract it cannot get out of.
What do you explicitly not do?
We do not promise Google rankings — anyone who does cannot keep it. We do not set up contracts with long notice periods. We do not write legal texts meant to replace review by a lawyer. And we do not take on a project we believe will bring you nothing — even if you would pay for it.
