The same principle applies here: fixed quantities, fixed price, no open-ended invoices.

Automations & AI workflows
Up to 3 active automations in operation
A workflow is an automated process — for example: an enquiry arrives via the website, lands straight in your customer management system, the prospect receives a confirmation and you get a summary on your phone. “Active” means: operated, monitored and maintained by us — if something goes wrong, we fix it without you having to ask. A workflow comprises one trigger and up to 10 processing steps; larger processes count as two.
AI workflows included
Steps in which an AI does part of the work: automatically triaging enquiries (urgent/normal), pre-drafting replies, summarising texts. The AI usage costs (providers charge per processing run) are included up to 50 € per month; above that we pass them on 1:1, transparently and with receipts — no mark-up. Processing runs on EU infrastructure.
New builds and extensions
We develop new workflows from your monthly development-hours allowance (see below). If a fourth workflow is to run permanently, its ongoing operation costs an additional 150 € net per month per workflow.
API & CRM integrations
Up to 2 standard integrations
An API is the data socket between two programs; a CRM is the program where your customer data and enquiries live (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive). We connect your website to up to 2 such systems — enquiries, appointments or invoice data flow automatically, with no retyping. “Standard” means the system has a documented, officially supported interface (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, sevDesk, Lexware Office). Set-up, operation and upkeep of the 2 integrations are included (set-up effort of up to 6 hours each; anything beyond that comes from the development-hours allowance). Exotic or home-built systems without a documented interface: separate quote.
Custom development
Up to 10 development hours per month
Your fixed allowance for everything custom: a cost calculator on the website, a new workflow, a special feature, an additional module. Before each task you receive a written effort estimate; you approve, we build. Tasks over 10 hours are planned together across several months, or as a separate project with a fixed-price quote. The hours expire monthly — that is what keeps the package price stable.
Dashboards
Up to 2 dashboards
A dashboard is an overview page with your most important numbers in one place: enquiries, ad spend, visitors, revenue signals — live, instead of hunting through five different programs. Included: the build of up to 2 dashboards with up to 3 data sources each (e.g. website + Google Ads + CRM), plus their ongoing upkeep. Additional dashboards or data sources billed by time with an advance quote. Hosted — like everything with us — in Germany.
Extended support
Higher ads ceiling
The Google Ads management from Growth covers ad budgets of up to 5.000 € per month in Performance (instead of 3.000 €); above that, 8 % of the additional budget.
Prioritised support
Reply within 8 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm); your requests are queued ahead of all other packages. Not a 24/7 on-call service — if you need that, you get it contractually fixed in the Enterprise model.
Scope & limits
To keep the fixed price fair, every service has a clear volume. Anything beyond it we agree with you in advance — never as a surprise on the invoice.

- All automations and dashboards run on EU infrastructure (Hetzner/IONOS, Germany) — no US cloud, not even for intermediate AI steps.
- We document automations so that they keep running and can be understood without us — you stay independent.
- Unused development hours expire monthly; we therefore plan larger projects together across several months.
