Your website at a fixed price — every item defined in writing

Your website is designed for you — no website builder, no purchased template. You first see a design draft of the homepage and approve it before we build all remaining pages. One design direction is included; a second, completely different direction would be a separate commission.

“Responsive” means the site automatically adapts to phones, tablets and desktops. Before launch we test on the common screen sizes and in the current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

We work with your existing logo and brand colours. Developing a new logo or a complete visual identity (branding) is not included and can be quoted separately on request.

The fixed price covers a maximum of 6 pages: the homepage plus up to 5 subpages — for example services, about us, references, contact, directions. Each additional page costs 290 € net.

You supply the copy and images, we shape them professionally: structure, image cropping, compression for fast load times. On request we write the copy for you — as an add-on at 190 € net per page (up to approx. 400 words, one revision round).

The fixed price covers one language, usually German. Each additional language — translation, implementation and review, covering up to 6 pages — costs from 890 € net per language.

A revision round means you collect all change requests for a page in one bundle and we implement them in a single pass. Two such passes per page are included. Each additional pass: 90 € net per page. This protects both you and us — the price stays predictable because requests arrive bundled rather than trickling in one by one.

A standard contact form has up to 8 fields (e.g. name, email, phone, message), sends to one email address and includes a privacy checkbox and spam protection. Multi-step forms, file uploads or connections to other software are add-ons with their own quote.

External services such as map providers only load once the visitor actively clicks. No visitor data flows to third parties before consent has been given.

We build so data-lean that a cookie banner is often not needed at all. If you want services that require consent (e.g. tracking or embedded videos), we set up a cleanly usable consent notice.

Hosting is the server — the computer in a data centre where your website lives. With us, exclusively Hetzner or IONOS in Germany. No US cloud; your data stays in the EU.

The padlock icon in the browser: the connection between visitor and website is encrypted. A standard requirement today — set up and verified by us.

Images are compressed and the code kept lean. The goal: the site loads noticeably fast, even on a phone. Before go-live we check it with standard measurement tools.

SEO = search engine optimisation. Included: clean page titles and descriptions, a logical heading structure, readable web addresses and a sitemap (your website's table of contents for search engines). Not included: ongoing SEO work, copy targeting specific search terms, link building — that is what the monthly packages are for. And frankly: where your site appears on Google is ultimately decided by Google.

We store your company name, address, services and opening hours as structured data, so that search engines and AI assistants can reliably recognise them. Whether and how AI systems mention your site in their answers is decided by their operators — we optimise the groundwork; no one can honestly promise more.

We handle the technical integration of your legal notice and privacy policy. The texts themselves come from you or your legal adviser — we are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice.

The technology we set up transfers no visitor data to non-EU countries and loads no unnecessary third-party services. That reduces your legal risk from day one.

We set up domain and hosting with a provider of your choice (e.g. IONOS or Strato) — on request we handle the purchase for you — connect everything technically (DNS, SSL) and put the site live after checking all pages, links and forms. The domain belongs to you and is registered in your name; you pay the annual fee (typically approx. 10–20 €). Going live on your chosen domain is a one-off go-live flat fee of 350 €. If you host through us (from 35 € / month, 12-month term), this flat fee is waived — going live is then included.

A video call of up to 60 minutes: we walk you through the website, explain what you can maintain yourself and hand over all access credentials. Further sessions are available and billed by time.

For 30 days after go-live we fix, free of charge, any defects caused by our work — such as a broken link or a display error. New requests and content changes are separate and agreed individually.

Once payment is complete, the website, code, content and access credentials are yours. No lock-in: you could take everything to another provider at any time — or maintain it yourself with an AI editor we set up for you. Content changes are a brief, skilled step, not a double-click; who performs it is up to you. We are confident you won't want to switch — but you should always be able to.

Servers in Germany (Hetzner/IONOS), SSL encryption, technical updates, daily backups (kept for 14 days) and automatic uptime monitoring of your website.

35 € net applies to a standard business website (up to 6 pages, no shop, no web application, typical traffic). An online shop, a web app, very high traffic or a dedicated server of your own needs more computing power, more storage and more backup volume — in that case we quote a separate hosting plan, transparently itemised in the offer.

Content changes are not included — the 35 € keeps the technology running. For regular changes there are the monthly packages from Foundation upwards; individual changes are billed by time, always with an advance estimate and your approval.
