Tailor-made — with contractually fixed quantities, times and commitments
For us, Enterprise does not mean “everything somehow included” — quite the opposite: every service, every quantity, every response time and every term is individually named in the offer and fixed in the contract. You know exactly what you are getting before you sign — and we know exactly what we are delivering.
Ideal for: Organisations with several brands, locations or websites, particular compliance requirements, or needs beyond the fixed package allowances — and that want contractually fixed commitments instead of blanket promises.
All services in detail
Base
All Performance services as the foundation
Operation, security, content, ads, automation, development, dashboards — the full Performance scope forms the base. Your individual configuration is built on top of it.
Individually agreed
Multiple websites, brands and languages
Operation and further development of several web presences from a single source — with clearly quantified allowances per website and language in the contract.
Contractual service commitments (SLA)
SLA = Service Level Agreement: contractually fixed response times, availability figures and escalation paths — up to and including extended on-call hours. Whatever is committed appears with a number in the contract; whatever is not in the contract is not implied.
Dedicated infrastructure
On request, a server of your own, not shared with other customers, at Hetzner or IONOS in Germany — for maximum control, performance and clean data separation.
Extended automation and software modules
More than 3 workflows, more than 10 development hours, your own software components — scope and hour allowances are quantified in the offer.
Compliance support
A data processing agreement (DPA — the contract governing how we handle the data you entrust to us), documentation of the technical and organisational security measures (TOMs) and support for your internal audit processes. We do not provide legal advice — we deliver the technical substance your advisers can review.
A named contact and regular check-ins
One named person knows your entire set-up; the frequency and format of the regular sessions (monthly or fortnightly) are agreed in the contract.
Workshops and training
Your team learns to work with the systems independently — the number and scope of sessions are set out in the offer.
Custom reporting
Reports and dashboards to your internal specifications — you help define the metrics, format and frequency.
Scope & limits
To keep the fixed price fair, every service has a clear volume. Anything beyond it we agree with you in advance — never as a surprise on the invoice.
Scope & limits
- Included
- every service is individually named in the offer and quantified with a volume, time frame or hour allowance
- Limit
- individually fixed in the contract
- Beyond that
- additional needs are agreed by written amendment — never delivered tacitly, never billed tacitly
What is not included
Clearly defined — so you know where you stand.
- Services not expressly listed in the offer — with us there is no unwritten “everything included”, because that is precisely what leads to disputes later
- Legal advice (we deliver technical substance and documentation; the review is done by your legal department or law firm)
- Infrastructure outside the EU — not even on request; Hetzner/IONOS in Germany is non-negotiable for us
Good to know
- The path to a contract: free initial consultation → structured needs analysis → a written offer in which every allowance, every response time and every term is quantified.
- Recommended minimum term: 12 months — Enterprise set-ups need time to build, and both sides invest in the start.
- No lock-in despite the depth: documentation, access credentials and data belong to you; the orderly handover in the event of cancellation is settled in the contract from the outset — not only once there is a dispute.
Our ground rules for all packages also apply.
